Comunicating with the team

Due to work requirement, online spammers and a few private issues, communication is based on:

  1. Cellular/calls
    • An approved caller whose number is known.
    • In the above case, should we be busy on support work, we will call you back.
    • we will not answer unknown callers, private numbers and certain known harmful callers.
    • For new callers please ensure you also text us so we know who is calling. We will call you back except as above.
  2. Emails
    • If you are emailing, please also text so we ensure we receive the comms We will not respond if the above applies. In some cases emails are blocked due to above.
    • For new emails please ensure you also text us so we know you have emailed.

It is always possible to reach out as a registered user (‘member’) by website private messaging or comment responses. As a member you can also create an interest or blog group and identify ‘friends’ to coopt into your groups for communication purposes.
