Due to the only posts in General discussions being Admin, we’ve reset it. Happily now that most of our news is on the main site. The room is open to all who swing by. Come have a read, laugh, share, reach out, heal, be healed, love, be loved. Enjoy.
Does it really matter whose family these children belong to (if they have a family left?) Warning… the video link may upset. But mainstream media does not seem to show the whole story. https://x.com/DeChegzi/status/1717115966620836142?s=20
Israeli ground forces are ‘expanding’ activities in Gaza, where internet has collapsed. Looks like the ground invasion is on.
I’m saying nothing, right now:
Another one. Really?
Wohoo. Registration works. Just re-registered after the email service was adjusted and we are O for Awesome.
Comes in. Puts on the fire. Prepares the supper table and grabs a lounger chair. Chuckles… ‘once we ‘err warriors…’
Did I ever tell you as a Light Warrior dressed in sheer etherical attire, standing over a grand abbys outside a heavenly gate? Watching and waiting in the dark? No? Heavens a big playground. There’s so many spaces. But this one has real energy. And it’s 100% purged of everything but a core purpose. The sheer image should make your mind alert with the presence of pure spirituality.
Chuckles again… once we ‘errr warriors. That we are.
This is the world as we wake up today:
5:49am Hezbollah leader praises Hamas attacks and makes grim warning to Israel
5:53am Israeli PM: No ceasefire until hostages return home
7:07am ‘We are going to be killed’: Reporter’s emotional outburst on live TV from Gaza
Oh, and Te Whatu Ora ditching over 1300 tonnes of unused PPE gear they horded from the masses and covid tests. Surely the unused PPE gear could have been gifted out? I bet there is a best before date and tough luck for other ventures. Like for horticulture use to keep us clean…
Welcome to the world of banana republics.
Please let us know any healing requests so we can restart our healing list and refer during meditations. Cheers.
When you let AI ask you ten questions to describe ‘you’ so it can draw a picture of you and you have to be honest in your reply. So it draws what it thinks you look like. Pretty cool…
SCAMMER SEASON
It’s that happy time of year when scammers are busy online and on your phones. Do a double check when someone online tries to do any sort of business with you. Anything to do with finances, or your data.
The huge increase of automated phone calls going around right now is a phenomenon reported by call centre advisors suddenly in large number. IF you get a call saying your whatever is in jeapordy, and press this or that… don’t. Hang up immediately. Note the time, number displayed and what was said. Report it to the relevant agency e.g. Department of Internal Affairs, Immigration, Births deaths and marriages, your bank, phone company, power company etc.
Steps you can take to protect yourself
STOP – Don’t give money or personal information to anyone if unsure. Scammers will offer to help you or ask you to verify who you are. …
THINK – Ask yourself could the message or call be fake? Never click a link in a message. …
PROTECT – Act quickly if something feels wrong.
Be safe!
Black Friday reminder
Don’t take everything at face value
Black Friday draws crowds, but it also attracts scammers: people hoping to make a few quick bucks out of shoppers’ eagerness to track down a bargain or ten. So trust your common sense and avoid any suspicious offers that look too good to be true
Paywave and Merchant Fees
Here’s the thing about how resellers get away with their paywave fees and the piss off it actually created.
Merchant fees have been around for eftpos transactions as long as eftpos has been around. Actuazly, since zip-zap visa slidy carbon backed paper systems have been around (remember them?) It is not new tech. Merchant fees can be 1%, 1.5%, 2% of the transaction in a local store. It can be higher on an online store.
When paywave came into existence, resellers started upgrading their eftpos machines to new contactless tech. Banks started charging paywave fees. But it is not the 2.5% you’re paying. So what’s the give here?
If you want to know what kind of rates are around, check this one out from Westpac
https://www.westpac.co.nz/business/products-services/accepting-payments/westpac-get-paid-instore-or-on-the-go/
Their contactless payment fee is 0.69% So why are you paying from 2.5% at a store?
There’s a few reasons I can rationalise why this is so…
(1) It was set by popular reseller rates (not the banks)… the 2.5% became a reseller introduced standard. If you think back, this seemed to have started in the tourism/hotel/accommodation industry.
(2) It was likely dreamed up so that for once the actual total merchant charges are covered. That is the base merchant fee plus the contactless payment fee. It is not a ‘paywave fee’ alone that the reseller is recouping. Very deceptive.
Given, in our day of running retail stores, we would not dream of asking clients to cover our merchant fees. It just was not done.
But the reality is, there had always been a base merchant rate regardless of the contactless system. And the paywave tech itself is not the reason for the fee. The banks charge a fee for paywave for good reason — the fraudulent misuse of paywave is a real issue.
I remember one Christmas, walking around the Johnsonville Mall and whilst walking around, some prick with a mobile Paywave eftpos unit was ticking up $16 transactions. I got pinged twice so how many times did jo public get caught? And of course there were hundreds in the store and the mobile unit just needed to be on contactless reach continually ticking over transactions.
IF there were 1000 in the mall … you get the picture. By the time you reported it – or even noticed it on your bank statement, if you even looked, the theif would have cashed out and closed up the merchant account.
Yes, paywave fraud is a real thing and this is the number one reason for bank fees of 0.69% typically.
It’s no reason for your local stores to be charging 2.5, 3.5, 5%, 8% in some cases. That is potential theft in itself and you have every right to question the reseller.
My suggestion: Boycott Paywave. Insert or slide the card. Abandon the thievery going on out of your hard earned pockets. Question the reseller over their fees… show them the Westpac/ANZ/ASB/TSB rates… and ask the easy question…why.
Then let us know so we can refine the above.
Healing thoughts to those in Coast Road, Wainuiomata, affected by the Police shooting today following a serious incident involving a couple driving in the area. We have heard from a past member who is reported as being safe but in the immediate area. Police comms to be updated later.
Also, healing thoughts to those all involved in the homicide hit and run with a stolen Mazda 6 vehicle in the Lower Hutt suburb of Naenae this morning.
The Deep Web – and why being aware matters
The deep web is a part of the internet that is not indexed by search engines and requires special software or passwords to access To stay safe on the deep web, you should use a VPN to encrypt and anonymize your traffic, download the Tor browser to access the dark web, and only click on links that you trust and understand. You should also avoid any content that involves illegal or harmful activities, such as illegal porn.
While the deep web can be used for illegal activities, it is not inherently dangerous 1. In fact, there are many good reasons to use the deep web, such as researching historic news, genealogy, science, spirituality, mysteries, and supernatural encounters.
It’s important to note that the deep web contains an untapped healing need. There are minds and records that show the twisted nature of sub-humanity that are caught as deep as the web goes, in their own form of hellish nightmare. The super-addicted are there, and for some, bestiality and unimaginable acts against victims are the norm. For some, it is their ulterior reality. And when they pass on to the other side, do they not carry this with them? The deep web is a great resource if used properly. It is a human failing if used for anything else.
However, it’s crucial to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety while browsing the deep web. There are few angels in the deep, and it’s important to be aware of the risks involved.
In conclusion, the deep web is a valuable resource that can be used for good or bad. By taking the necessary precautions and being aware of the risks involved, you can safely explore the deep web and discover its many benefits.
And there be few angels in the deep.
I bring this to attention because over the past several months it has become apparent that there is a need for light warriors, those who are healers and angelic minds, to bring light to the dark. To create a place where the afflicted can get refuge and healing. But the tenets of rule, the policy and procedures to do so behind stainless steel titanium enriched super ethically and spiritually protected walls need to be super strong. The hordes will gather and try to shut the light.
So far my journey to the deep has been to check if the nature of the deep web is valid and to check the minimum requirement to do so safely. I do not have the personal mental strength to do go further alone, nor the company of other goodly souls to step further.
I hereby validate the nature of the deep web. What do we do with it.
Nothing.
Put a wall up and let them rot.
Discover the research value.
Offer protection and healing.
Just do nothing.
The Israel – Gaza – Hamas War
On October 7, 2023, Hamas militia rose to strike back at Israel for years of oppresion. They attacked communities close to Gaza, indiscriminantly attacking and killing the population and in reported cases, performing terrorist acts of beheadings, death by burning, grenades, bullets. Rape, humiliating acts of torture and pillaging of whole areas. Then they took over two hundred hostage. At the same time a massive surprise rocket attack, many of which landed in Israel.
October 7 was a Sabbath Day and public holiday in Israel. Pre-meditated and purposed to strike when they were least prepared. They attacked over 20 communities. Using rockets, paragliders, boats, motorcycles, other vehicles, and whatever other means they could, terrorists infiltrated the Jewish state and murdered around 1,200 innocent people, injured over 5,400, and took 239 hostages into Gaza.
Let’s just stop there a moment. Is any of that incorrect?
In depth reporting can be found on the AJC Website (American Jewish Community.)
Given many where recording on gopro cameras, yes. That is correct. If you do not believe, we can probably send you to the aforementioned Deep Web for video research. In fact, the Israel Military media teams will tell you the same thing. If you want to see pure horror, this can be found there.
This is not the first issue between the two states. In fact there is a historic timeline of events.
The military and political response from Israel was damning on the general population. This is another story. So what is the centre line on all of this. What is the reality of the whole scenario?
